A Blast From the Past

So here's a funny concept- we came to Cape Town, South Africa to visit the Haaijema family, and the kids grab the Copper Coins CD's. Who'da thunk it? It's a wierd feeling - being on another continent, listening to my friends and myself singing and playing Christian songs from what? Ten years ago?
So we are at the Haaijema's place. There's Eelke and Jellie, and what seems like a lot of kids. They are still very excited to have us, especially the kids. I fear that we are disrupting routines here, but we will try to behave, and not work the kids up too badly.
Today we toured the waterfront part of Cape Town. Turns out, Cape Town is HUGE! Who knew? It's over 3-1/2 million, I was told. So today was an easy day, a good day to learn to drive on the other side of the road. Not altogether too bad, but traffic circles on the other side of the road and parallel parking required a little extra thought.
